Frequently asked questions

Why per company and not per user?

Because a small business should not have to think about whether a colleague may have an account. You pay for what your company needs, not for the number of people looking.

Does KompaniX replace my accounting package?

No. KompaniX is your front office: website, quotes, invoices, payments and support. Your bookkeeping stays with your accountant or your accounting package; KompaniX exports to it.

What happens when the AI budget runs out?

The assistant stops taking automatic actions and asks before each one. You can raise the budget; extra usage is charged per request, visible in the log.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Clients, quotes, invoices and documents can always be exported as CSV, UBL and PDF. You can cancel monthly.
