At launch there is a standard data processing agreement. You can export all your data and have it deleted. We collect only what is needed to make the product work.
The assistant works with a closed list of actions. Amounts, bank accounts, email addresses of other clients and similar data are removed before a request reaches the model. Every request is kept in a log you can inspect yourself.
Payments run through Mollie, a Dutch payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. KompaniX stores no card or bank details. An invoice counts as paid only when the payment provider confirms it.
Staff sign in with email and password, passkey or two-factor authentication. Roles decide who sees what. Clients sign in to the portal with a one-time link. Every change in the administration is in an audit log: who, what, when, old and new value.
KompaniX runs on the Cloudflare network, with automatic certificates, protection against attacks and backups with point-in-time recovery. Invoices are frozen as PDF the moment they are sent and never change afterwards.
