Features
Everything a small service business needs between the first request and the last payment. Built on one database, so every part knows the rest.
Website connected to your CRM
No separate website builder. Your website is built from what is already in KompaniX: your services from the item catalogue, your projects as a portfolio, your contact details and branding. Pick an industry template, fill in the texts or let the assistant propose them, and your site is live on your own domain.
- Pages: home, services, about, portfolio, contact, request a quote
- Your own domain with an automatic certificate
- Quote form and contact form go straight into your CRM
- Fast and findable: server-side rendered, sitemap, structured data
- Edit texts from the CRM or through the AI assistant
Quotes accepted online
You build a quote from your own items and hourly rates. The client gets a link in their language, sees the quote on their phone and accepts with a signature. You see when the quote was opened and accepted. One click turns it into an invoice.
- Item catalogue with prices, VAT rates and units
- Online acceptance with signature and timestamp
- Quote in Dutch, English or Romanian for the client
- Reminder when a quote stays open too long
Invoices that are correct
Invoices meet the Dutch requirements: gapless sequential numbering, VAT per rate, reverse charge, mandatory mentions. A sent invoice never changes again; corrections go through a credit note. Recurring invoices for maintenance, hosting or subscriptions run automatically.
- Gapless numbering, immutable PDF on sending
- VAT per rate, reverse charge, credit notes
- Recurring invoices with a fixed period
- Reminders for overdue invoices, automatic or manual
Payments via iDEAL and more
Every invoice has a payment link and a QR code. The client pays with iDEAL, card or Bancontact. The payment is matched to the invoice automatically; the status comes from the payment provider itself, not from an email.
- iDEAL, card, Bancontact through Mollie
- QR code on the PDF that leads to the payment page
- Automatic matching, manual payments also possible
- Overview of open, paid and overdue
Support with tickets
An email to your support address becomes a ticket, linked to the client. The same goes for the contact form on your website and for questions from the portal. You reply from KompaniX; the client never sees internal notes. The assistant sorts tickets and proposes a reply.
- Tickets from email, website form, portal and API
- Linked to client, quote or invoice
- Internal notes, attachments, browser notifications
- AI triage: category, summary, draft reply
Client portal without passwords
Your client gets their own portal: sign in with a link by email, no password. There they find quotes to accept, invoices to pay, tickets and project progress. In the client’s language, on the phone.
- Sign in with a one-time link, no passwords
- Accept quotes, pay invoices, follow tickets
- Project progress visible to the client
- Dutch, English and Romanian
AI assistant with a log
The assistant works within fixed limits: a closed list of actions, a threshold for what it may do on its own and a log of every request. Amounts, bank accounts and other clients’ data are removed before anything reaches the model.
- Quote or invoice from a short description
- Sort and answer tickets, with approval or automatically
- Change website texts through a proposal you approve
- Log per request; sensitive data does not reach the model
Export to your bookkeeping
Your bookkeeping stays where it is. KompaniX exports invoices and payments as CSV and UBL, so your accountant or your accounting package reads them in. Integrations with Moneybird and e-Boekhouden and a Peppol connection are on the roadmap for 2027.
- Export to CSV and UBL
- Reports per year, quarter and month, also as Excel and PDF
- Roadmap: Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Exact
- Roadmap: Peppol connection, ready for the 2030 mandate
